R&D Manager / Head of R&D – Permanent

Stoke, Staffordshire

We are seeking an experienced R&D Manager / Head of R&D to lead our growing research and development function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong technical background and leadership skills to shape innovation and drive forward new product development.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and managing the R&D team, supporting and mentoring junior chemists.
  • Driving innovation across inorganic chemistry, polymers, coatings, nanomaterials, and related areas.
  • Overseeing projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs.

What we’re looking for:
