Harrods seeks an Inventory Associate to support the Thatcham Distribution Centre, handling returned, damaged and excess stock with accuracy and care. You will verify and repackage items to maximise value and support efficient daily operations.

You will collaborate with internal teams, update systems precisely, and contribute to sustainability initiatives while enjoying benefits tied to Harrods' staff programs and recognition schemes.

Qualifications

• Organised, proactive and detail focused with genuine interest in Supply Chain.
• Strong numerical literacy and good communication skills.
• Confidence using computer systems and willingness to learn new platforms.
• Flexible to work varying hours in line with operational needs.
• Experience with inventory or warehouse environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, assess and process returned, damaged and excess items for resale.
• Maintain accurate system updates and precise stock handling.
• Label, prepare and repackage products to maximise recovery value.
• Collaborate across the Distribution Centre to support timely stock processing.
• Contribute to improvements in Product Recovery and sustainability initiatives.
