Job summary

The Methodist Church in Britain is seeking a permanent Principal Accountant to join the Financial Services team. You will advise the Director of Resources and Head of Financial Services on capital and revenue budgets and final accounts.

The role requires collaboration with finance and non-finance colleagues on cross‑department projects, and offers flexitime with no core hours, generous leave, an occupational pension scheme, training, and a hybrid working arrangement two days a week after

This permanent Principal Accountant post sits in the council's Financial Services team, advising the Director of Resources and Head of Financial Services.
