The Role

As a Requirements Manager, you’ll be a senior professional in the Systems discipline of Engineering. This role requires in-depth knowledge and experience in requirements and V&V (Verification & Validation). You’ll undertake complex professional assignments with minimal supervision and may lead junior team members. Your responsibilities include:

1. Leading requirements activities within your project area.
2. Collaborating with EMs and design teams to derive/manage system and sub-system requirements.
3. Managing traceability activities and documentation.
4. Leading V&V, Test, and Acceptance activities.
5. Solving complex problems proactively.

This is a full-time role (37 hours/week) with regular travel to sites and flexible home working arrangements. Agile and flexible working patterns are considered.

Essential Experience

• Experience in systems engineering.
• Knowledge of solving complex problems with minimal guidance.
• Experience working in a regulated industry.

Qualifications

• Degree/HNC or equivalent.
• Chartered engineer or working towards chartership preferred.

Security Clearance

Must be able to obtain and maintain Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance.
