A global engineering company in Glasgow is seeking a Requirements Manager to handle complex user requirements for infrastructure projects. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement and requires proven experience in requirements analysis. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams are essential. This hybrid position requires 2-3 days on-site in Helensburgh, with SC Clearance needed due to project security requirements.

As a Requirements Manager, you will play a crucial role in the collation, development, documentation and implementation of complex User Requirements, ensuring that they meet the specified needs and requirements of stakeholders.
This role requires a solid foundation in stakeholder management and requirements management within an infrastructure project delivery environment. You will be responsible for capturing, analysing, and managing system requirements.
What Do We Need
Proven experience in requirements capture, analysis and management within an Infrastructure project delivery environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices in infrastructure requirements management and wider Project Management.
Location
The role is Hybrid where at least 2-3 days per week will be spent onsite in Helensburgh.
Your own transport is essential.
