Job summary

Conwy County Borough Council is seeking a Day Service Support Worker - Level 3 to join the disability team in Colwyn Bay. The role is part-time and on-site, permanent, supporting adults in day services and promoting rights, choice and confidentiality for service users.

The successful candidate will contribute to a respectful, inclusive environment and work closely with colleagues to deliver person-centred care as part of the Disability Confident employer initiative.
