Qualifications

Experience as a Reprographic Operator in print/packaging/labels.
Experience preparing artwork for Flexographic and Digital print.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare artwork files from specifications for Flexographic and Digital print production.
Step and quality check files prior to output for plate production and digital press.
Carry out quality checks on own work and colleagues to maintain standards.
Ensure artwork complies with customer specs and internal requirements.
Work efficiently to meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Contribute to continuous improvement of reprographic processes and workflows.
Maintain accuracy and consistency across projects.
