Job Title: Reports and Data Administrator
Location: Horncastle
Salary: 26,000 - 30,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 16: hours per week
Holidays: 31 days including Bank Holidays (Christmas closure included)

About the Role:
Barker Ross are recruiting on behalf of a well-established drainage specialist for a Reports and Data Administrator based in Horncastle. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and play a key role in the day-to-day operational support of a small, dedicated team.

The position is primarily office-based and will involve writing, preparing, and checking reports daily. Some reports may take a couple of days to complete, while others could span a week. The work is repetitive in nature, so a keen eye for detail, excellent grammar, and a methodical mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with field engineers and coordinating job progress
  • Preparing and writing detailed reports from field data
  • Checking reports for accuracy and grammar before submission
  • Supporting the Director with operational administration
  • Prioritising tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
