This is a dynamic role in which you will work across a range of markets across the globe, driving accuracy in reporting and analysis. This role requires a strong analytical and logical mindset, the ability to pick up new ideas and technologies quickly , and the ability to communicate complex data findings effectively to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain performance dashboards and reports.
• Identify anomalies and discrepancies in data and reporting, working with stakeholders to provide solutions.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests accurately in a timely manner.
• Analyse and identify improvements in data collection processes.
• Manage access to reports for internal and external stakeholders ensuring data security.
• Work with other business functions to identify reporting needs.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with the Sales and Revenue teams to provide up-to-date data to support business decisions.
• Track and report on performance against targets and benchmarks.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and audits to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Strong Excel skills.

Proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.

Desirable:

Knowledge and experience of PowerBI and SQL.

Previous experience working with insights reporting.

Experience and understanding of the Yugo business model.
