The Reporting Manager's duties include the production of management reporting and oversight of the end to end data capture and transformation process, from raw data to assured reporting data. This involves managing stakeholder reporting requirements and engaging with data analysts to ensure that complex data sets are thoroughly analysed and interpreted. The manager is responsible for transforming these analyses into clear, insightful, and accessible outputs that enable the SZC team to make informed decisions. This is achieved by designing and producing a variety of visual tools including graphs, charts, tables, and comprehensive reports that effectively communicate key findings and trends. By ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery, the Reporting Manager plays a crucial role in supporting project transparency, performance monitoring, and strategic planning.
