Shape the future of sustainable heating with Southern Housing.

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Reporting Lead to join our Heat Network and Energy team. In this pivotal role, you'll take the lead in monitoring and reporting on key data across our heat networks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while championing transparency, efficiency, and compliance. Your work will directly support our mission to provide affordable, reliable, and sustainable heat, from metering and billing to regulatory reporting.

Based in either our Farringdon or Sittingbourne office with the flexibility of hybrid working, you'll collaborate closely with both internal teams and external providers to help us stay ahead in a fast-evolving energy landscape.

What you'll need
  1. Ability to plan own workloads and work to deadlines
  2. Knowledge of the net zero carbon agenda and understanding of relevant legislation and technical standards
  3. Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  4. Organised and methodical approach to work
