The role

As a Reporting Engineer based in Aberdeen with occasional offshore requirements, you will report to the MAI Reporting Supervisor Lead. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all vessel and platform deliverables, managing execution, progress, and final reporting for MAI Client Deliverables department projects.

Every role at Fugro plays a vital part in our success, safety, and growth. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and profitable execution and delivery of ROV vessel-based pipeline and structural surveys, as well as platform-based inspections.

You will ensure all tasks are executed with high quality and professionalism, adhering to the company's Integrated Management System and project-specific guidelines. You will oversee the timely completion and issuance of final reports, ensuring data deliverables meet contractual reporting schedules.

Identifying your training needs and communicating them proactively to your manager is encouraged. You will be supported in your personal and professional development through available training opportunities.

Prioritizing health, safety, and environmental protection is essential, maintaining vigilance throughout all activities.

Who we’re looking for:

You should have formal qualifications at least HND level in Earth Science or Engineering, offshore experience with ROVs as a Hydrographic Data Processor or Inspection Engineer, MS Office skills, good IT skills, ability to understand technical drawings, and excellent communication skills with a positive attitude.

Desirable but not mandatory skills include familiarity with software such as EIVA, Integrity Elements, COABIS, Apollo Knowhow, NEXUS, and proficiency in digital video, image editing, and eventing packages.
