The Work You'll Do:

The Reporting & Commissions Analyst II will support reporting bookings and calculating, reporting on, and analyzing commissions. You'll own various processes of the commission cycle and gain exposure to both Go To Market and Finance departments.

More specifically, you will:

  • Be responsible for monthly recording and reporting of bookings, reviewing sales opportunity data and other sources to prepare reports.
  • Manage commission calculations and communicate with teams.
  • Reconcile large, complex data flows between multiple database systems.
  • Create and maintain sales performance KPI reports.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis related to sales compensation programs.
  • Partner with executive leaders to research, resolve, and document business cases for compensation issues.
  • Improve processes for better accuracy, accessibility, and efficiency.
What We Need From You:
  • Advanced software skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Previous compensation experience (1+ year) preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills, attentive listening, and documentation.
  • Proactive learner eager to improve knowledge and skills.
  • Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bi-lingual skills (Portuguese or Turkish) are a big plus.
