A leading company, The Economist Group, seeks a Reporting Analyst to enhance the reliability of people data by identifying and resolving data quality issues. This role involves auditing, collaboration with various teams, and ensuring accurate data for decision-making, crucial for the company's insight-led strategy.

The role:
The Reporting Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the reliability of our people data by identifying, investigating and resolving issues related to missing, inconsistent or inaccurate information across People systems.
They will own the identification and resolution of data quality issues - driving audits, surfacing risks, tracking actions and ensuring fixes are implemented and validated.This foundational work ensures that dashboards, surveys and regulatory reports are based on accurate and trusted data.
The role offers exposure to company-wide people data and processes and involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, including the BI Analyst, People Tech, People Ops, HRBPs and Centres of Expertise. It also provides opportunities to improve data governance in a growing, data-driven function.
As we continue to become more insight-led, this role addresses a critical gap in the accuracy and consistency of our people data, enabling better decision-making, reducing manual work and building confidence in our reporting and analytics.
