Job summary

Ofgem, the energy regulator, is seeking a Data Analyst to join the People Operations team on a permanent basis. You will apply your analytical expertise to generate reliable workforce insights that support strategic decisions and organisational ambitions.

You will work with colleagues and senior stakeholders across the organisation, communicating complex data clearly to a range of audiences, with a emphasis on accuracy, governance, and regulatory reporting.
