Are you passionate about telling impactful stories in the fast-moving world of biopharma? At Informa Connect Life Sciences, you'll step into the role of B2B reporter covering the dynamic biopharmaceutical industry. You'll take the lead in reporting, writing, and shaping digital content that drives engagement across our flagship site, BioProcess International, and other industry-leading platforms. Every day, you'll create original stories that inform and connect global audiences in biomanufacturing, clinical trials, deal-making, and commercialization. Responsibilities

• Sourcing and producing news stories, features, and opinion pieces about the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Uploading, posting, and promoting content individually and as a team.
• Researching and interviewing industry contacts to ensure accurate content.
• Reporting from and about industry conferences and trade events, including Informa’s and others.
• Building strong industry contacts and developing expertise in the covered markets.

Media Support (20%)

• Developing a social media presence to support brand visibility, including audio/visual content.
• Contributing to Editorial Department KPIs to enhance the credibility and visibility of media brands.

Other (10%)

• Providing regular updates to managers and teams about industry trends.
• Managing ad hoc projects and communications for additional products as required.
• Performing other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business journalism with strong writing and editing skills.
• Excellent editorial judgment, creative writing flair, and ability to work under pressure.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving news environment.
• Ability to engage with industry sources and network at events.
