About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team of Infrastructure Investor Deals as a Reporter in our London office! The Reporter will work closely with the Editor of Infrastructure Investor Deals, a new publication launched by PEI Group in January, focusing on institutional capital deployment into global infrastructure assets. The role involves writing daily news stories for a fast-paced, breaking news website, including off-diary and on-diary stories. The Reporter will also interface with the market frequently, establishing relationships with senior industry figures, and source and present data to ensure our data offering is comprehensive and current.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Produce daily news, focusing on exclusives and breaking news
• Write analysis and opinion pieces as needed
• Source high-quality, deal-focused data points in collaboration with our R&A department
• Create multimedia content such as podcasts, videos, and interactive presentations
• Pitch story ideas and content leads
• Assist with website curation and daily, weekly, and breaking news alert emails
• Engage regularly with the market, focusing on face-to-face meetings and cultivating sources
• Communicate with the Editor and meet daily deadlines
• Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy
• Collaborate with the PEI Events team and moderate discussions at company-hosted events
