Overview

The Healthcare Analytics Department has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to work as a Report Developer within its Analysis and Reporting function team.

The Healthcare Analytics department is pivotal to ensuring the data and analytics needs of the organisation are met and in supporting the organisation to make data driven, evidence based, decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, update, test and maintain various reporting solutions, including automated reports and dashboards using Power BI, across a broad range of areas.
  • Produce dashboards and reports and work in an analytics and/or reporting environment, including extracting and processing data from different source systems and building complex reports and dashboards.
  • Redevelop reports and dashboards as part of the EPR programme using the new infrastructure and reporting platforms; manage your own workload and meet delivery deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Analysis and Reporting team and contribute to delivering timely, accurate reporting to support decision making.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Proficient in SQL and Power BI with proven experience in these areas.
  • Experience extracting and processing data from different source systems and building complex reports and dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage workload to meet deadlines.
  • Subject matter expert on technical solutions related to reporting.
Team and Working Environment

The Analysis and Reporting team is welcoming, experienced and supportive, with clear and documented processes to guide team members through requirements.

To support home working there are daily huddles to understand priorities, share achievements, and identify where support is required; there are also regular team meetings to monitor delivery against the EPR programme and provide progress updates.
