AXA UK is seeking a Report Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping the Finance Data and Analytics Hub. The successful candidate will leverage Power BI and Azure to create insightful reports and drive decision-making across the organization, contributing to transformative change in financial reporting.
Are you passionate about playing a pivotal role in shaping our Finance Data and Analytics Hub? Do you thrive on the prospect of being part of transformative change? At AXA UK Finance Centre of Excellence (CoE), we’re seeking a Report Analyst with an inquisitive mind and a genuine passion for data. You’ll help us deliver cutting-edge finance data products on Microsoft’s Azure cloud platform and Power BI, as we expand our team and enhance our reporting capabilities. Join us in exploring data available in the Azure Data Lakehouse for financial and regulatory reporting and seize the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how AXA Finance utilises data to drive decision-making.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

What you’ll bring:
This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
