Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure team compliance with legal standards and company procedures at all times.
  2. Reduce stock loss by challenging causes of shrinkage and wastage.
  3. Reduce replenishment costs by ensuring stock is handled efficiently, products have appropriate space for sale rate, and security in goods receiving.
  4. Collaborate with stock control and delivery teams to resolve causes of off-sales.
  5. Maintain effective replenishment to ensure product availability for customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Passion for providing exceptional operational standards.
  • Flexible management style, adaptable, and resilient to challenges.
  • Enjoy working with and managing a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in supervising or managing a team.
  • Experience in food retailing is desirable but not essential.
