You will be responsible for

Ensuring that the team complies with legal standards and company procedures at all times.

Reducing stock loss by addressing causes of shrinkage and wastage.

Minimizing replenishment costs by ensuring stock is handled efficiently, products are properly spaced for their rate of sale, and security is maintained in the goods receiving area.

Collaborating with the stock control and delivery teams to resolve causes of off-sales.

Effective replenishment to maintain product availability for customers.

You will need

To be successful in this role, you should be passionate about delivering exceptional operational standards. Flexibility in management style, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges are essential. You should enjoy working with and leading a team.

Excellent communication skills are crucial, and some experience in supervising or managing a team is preferred.
