Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should be passionate about delivering exceptional operational standards. Flexibility in management style, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges are essential. You should enjoy managing a team and have excellent communication skills. Experience in supervising or managing a team is preferred. Experience in food retailing is desirable but not essential.
