Role overview:

As part of our team at Europe’s largest Repair Centre, you’ll learn how to diagnose and repair a range of devices including laptops, tablets, and mobile phones. You’ll start with laptops and expand your skills in other areas during your second year. You’ll also support customers through our innovative RepairLive video service, helping them resolve issues face-to-face via video call.

Throughout the two-year programme, you’ll gain hands-on experience, develop problem-solving and communication skills, and work towards industry-recognised qualifications. You’ll be supported every step of the way as you earn while you learn.

We’re looking for people with:

  • 5 GCSEs at grades A/9 – C/4 (including English and Maths or equivalent)
  • A passion for technology and helping others
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Once qualified, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your career—whether that’s specialising in new technologies or stepping into leadership.
