Pertemps is recruiting an experienced Complaints Coordinator in North London. You should have prior experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing complaints (Stage 1, Stage 2, and OB cases)
2. Tracking and maintaining complaints records on an Excel tracker
3. Writing, investigating, and resolving complaints effectively
4. Handling maintenance inquiries and supporting surveyors/contractors
5. Providing excellent customer service
6. Demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills
