Job Description

We are looking for a Repairs Team Planner to join our team; someone who can provide a high-quality service to customers and colleagues alike, and who will remain calm and professional under pressure.

You should be good at problem-solving and resourceful. Repairs Planning experience in a Housing Association or local authority is advantageous.

You will plan the daily workload of operatives using IT systems and Dynamic Resource Scheduler (DRS) software.

You will be managing repair appointments in their entirety, changing operatives' workloads, making decisions on how and when repairs are completed, and ensuring our and operatives are kept informed of their repair from start to finish.

You will build strong working relationships with our operatives, repairs managers and technical leads, support work streams and become familiar with all the requirements of running an efficient, professional repair service.
