Working Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week

Charnwood Borough Council in Leicestershire is searching for the latest member of the Repairs & Investment Section .

We are looking for a passionate individual who is customer focused, a team player and wants help improve our local communities in Charnwood.

The Council is recruiting for two Repair Team Leaders

You will play a lead role in the successful management of our Responsive repairs working on damp and mould and disrepair cases . You will work with our internal work force and external contractors and ensure compliance with contract conditions and that works are completed to the relevant statutory and regulatory standards.

With the ability to successfully work in partnership, you will ensure that our customers’ objectives around high quality, communication, and customer care are met. You will ensure that work is delivered in line with agreed budgets, and that key performance indicators are met.

The role requires the candidate to demonstrate substantial experience and knowledge of responsive repairs and qualification as set out in the person specification and hold a clean driving licence and have access to a vehicle to undertake duties on site.
