An innovative company is seeking a Repairs Team Leader to manage the repair of gas analysis equipment in Cumbernauld. This role involves assessing repair priorities, managing a team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, along with technical proficiency in assembly and repair processes. As a Repairs Team Leader, you will be responsible for the incoming repair assessment of factory returned gas analysis equipment, working with the Service Team Leader to provide quotes to the customer, prioritization of tasks and allocating workload. There will also be a requirement to perform repair and full test of the units prior to being returned to the field. Generation of data to inform KPIs and drive improvement across the Repair function.
This role requires an individual who can work on their own initiative, diligent, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate results and observations in both written and verbal forms. You will have close interaction with multiple teams across the company, including Manufacturing, Instrumentation, Engineering and Service.
The role may require travel to customer sites of approximately 30% of time.
