Job Description

• Conduct property inspections to identify repair needs and ensure compliance with standards.

• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries related to property repairs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Repairs Surveyor should have:

• Experience in property inspections and repairs within the property industry.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in construction and maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with contractors and tenants.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high standards of work.
• Relevant qualifications in construction, surveying, or a related field.
