Repairs Surveyor – South Devon

Contract Role, 8am-5pm, £27 - £32 per hour

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing company, who are looking for Repairs Surveyorsbased in South Devon.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out day to day repair surveys for social housing stock
  • Providing technical advice and ensuring compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements.
  • Building strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Write up technical reports, giving recommendations for completing works.
Qualifications
  • Have experience carrying out housing maintenance surveys in a social housing setting
  • Relevant qualifications / experience in building surveying
  • Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the building surveying industry
  • Experience with damp and mould
