Overview

Job Description About the roles: We are working with a leading housing provider on an urgent recruitment campaign to strengthen their Repairs Department ahead of Awaab’s Law, which comes into force on 27th October 2025. As part of this project, we are looking for professionals across a range of positions, from operational to technical and managerial. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact programme that will directly improve the quality and safety of homes for .

Current vacancies
  • X3 Repairs Officers (Level 2 & 3)
  • X3 Repairs Planners / Schedulers
  • X3 Repairs Inspectors (Level 2)
  • X2 Building Surveyors (Level 3)
  • X1 Senior Building Surveyor
  • X1 Repairs Delivery Manager
Key responsibilities (vary by role, but may include)
  • Coordinating and scheduling responsive repairs and maintenance works
  • Inspecting properties and identifying repair requirements
  • Managing contractors, works orders, and ensuring compliance with service standards
  • Producing reports, maintaining accurate records, and updating systems
  • Supporting the delivery of housing repairs in line with new legislative requirements
  • Providing excellent customer service to , contractors, and colleagues
What we’re looking for
  • Experience in housing repairs, maintenance, surveying, or related roles
  • Strong IT and organisational skills (MS Office / scheduling systems)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant technical qualifications (for surveyor/inspector roles)
  • Basic DBS clearance required for inspector and surveyor roles
