Role Overview:

As a Repairs Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day repair and maintenance operations, managing trade teams, and ensuring works are completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget. You'll play a key role in coordinating schedules, inspecting works, and maintaining excellent communication with residents, contractors, and management.
