Repairs Supervisor – Finsbury Park • WPS • Responsive Maintenance • Leadership Opportunity

Are you ready to lead with purpose and make a real impact in your community? WPS is looking for a dynamic and driven Repairs Supervisor to join our team in Finsbury Park.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role within our WPS business, supporting the delivery of high-quality repairs and maintenance services across Voids, Disrepair, Day-to-Day Repairs and Planned Works.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting the Project Lead and managing a team of operatives, administrators, and subcontractors
  • Ensuring service delivery meets contractual KPIs and exceeds customer expectations
  • Overseeing daily operations and resource planning
  • Leading on health & safety compliance and quality control
  • Reporting on performance, productivity, and service outcomes
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams to maintain strong relationships
What We’re Looking For
  • Trade background with SSSTS, Asbestos Awareness & Scaffold Inspection
  • Strong knowledge of housing maintenance legislation and SOR codes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and reporting tools
  • Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
