Repairs Supervisor

I am looking for a Repairs Supervisor to join a Housing Association in the Staffordshire area. The Repairs Supervisor will be responsible for up to 15 trade operatives carrying out Day to Day, general repairs and voids maintenance across their given area. This role benefits from Business Mileage and the opportunity once in position to apply for a permanent post.

Repairs Supervisor Duties:

• Lead and manage a team of trade operatives.
• Ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor quality of work and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
