Job summary

Southern Housing in Croydon is seeking a Scheduler to coordinate repairs and maintenance for residents and contractors. The role requires organizing appointments, assigning tasks to operatives based on availability and location, and keeping the scheduling system up to date.

You will liaise with residents, contractors and internal teams to confirm bookings and ensure smooth operations. The position is on-site, five days a week, with a temp-to-perm path and PAYE pay at £15.81 per hour.
