Overview

Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient and experienced Repairs Scheduler working for a well known and leading Housing Association in Liverpool. The role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.There is no option to work from home with this role.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for customers and operatives for complex or escalated repair works.
  • Book appointments for works to be completed in line with current KPIs.
  • Provide support to customer service advisors and advise on repairs work.
  • Deputise in the absence of the Assistant Head of Operations and take a lead role in the team, assuming ownership and responsibility.
  • Deal with informal complaints and, as far as possible, resolve issues at first point of contact.
  • Assist the Assistant Head of Operations with the allocation of work to a team of Operatives, providing day to day, void and planned works.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of and work to a high standard on Orchard Housing and Propeller Systems, ensuring all relevant information is captured and input into the system.
  • Liaise with operatives on a daily basis and deal with absence or queries on available and unavailable appointment slots; log information into Propeller and Orchard systems. Liaise effectively with customers and operatives to get appointments re-arranged where required.
  • Interested candidates MUST have Repairs Scheduling or Repairs Administrator experience.
Qualifications
  • Experience in repairs scheduling or repairs administration is required.
