Job summary

London Borough of Brent is seeking a Repairs Resolution Coordinator to join our Property Services team. You will investigate and write complex complaint cases, coordinate solutions across teams and contractors, and help turn challenging situations into fair, efficient outcomes for residents.

The role focuses on bridging gaps between customers and service delivery, identifying lessons learned and driving improvements in repairs, voids and tenancy services.

Qualifications

• IT literacy with knowledge of standard software applications including Microsoft Office and Teams.
• Knowledge of the statutory and corporate complaints process and related policies.
• Ability to undertake complex investigations.
• Knowledge of legislations applicable to a Social Housing Landlord.
• Experience in social housing settings, including repairs, tenancy services.
• Experience in managing and writing complaint responses and dealing with diverse stakeholders.
