A recruitment agency is seeking a Repairs Resolution Officer to handle complaints and enquiries effectively. Repairs Resolution Officer - Complaints (Hybrid) needed in Southwark, £19.94ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1608152

  • Officers to respond to Members Enquiries and complex complaints by competently investigating and drafting proficient responses to Councillors, MPs and residents in a timely manner.
  • You will ideally have experience responding to Stage 1 complaints and members enquiries.

The role will be a hybrid, with a minimum of 3-4 days per week in the office.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
