An independent repair business located in the United Kingdom is seeking a customer-oriented team member to join their repair department. The role includes greeting customers, booking repairs, and performing on-site repairs. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, with training provided for those without prior experience.
We have an exciting job opening, for someone to come join our team working on the repairs department.
As one of our repair team you will be located on our first-floor show room greeting customers both in person and on the telephone. Establishing the reason for their visit and how best to assess them. Booking in repairs to be sent of to our workshop and carrying out repairs we do on site.
We are looking for someone who will deliver a first-class personal customer service experience. You will be joining a family owned and run independent business where all our customers and staff are treated as individuals. The ability to work well as a team member is vital. Additionally, to serving our customers you would have daily admin duties to fulfil in store.
What are we looking for?
- A candidate who is positive and upbeat, enjoys working with customers and is dynamic in the way they interact with people.
- A candidate who is organised with a good eye for detail.
- Previous retail experience isn’t essential, as all training will be given in store.
- Someone with great communication skills, both verbally and written.
