Job Description:

• Hybrid role, primarily based from the Wakefield office
• Oversee engineering team and subcontractor network on existing client projects
• Engage with potential new clients, providing quotes and estimates
• Target commercial clients such as restaurants, pubs, etc., at facilities and building manager level
• Report to the Managing Director
• Require 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager, Repairs Manager, Contracts Manager, Building Surveyor, Facilities Manager, Building Services Manager, or Property Manager
• Based in the Wakefield area
• Experience working as a Property Manager for colleges, housing associations, or leisure groups is desirable
• Provider of building maintenance and repair services, expanding rapidly
