Job Description:

• Hybrid role, based from South Manchester office
• Oversee engineering team and subcontractor network on existing client projects
• Engage with potential new clients, providing quotes and estimates
• Target commercial clients (restaurants, pubs, etc.) at facilities and building manager level
• Report to the Managing Director
• Require 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager, Repairs Manager, Contracts Manager, Building Surveyor, Facilities Manager, Building Services Manager, Property Manager, etc.
• Based in Manchester area
• Possible working as a Property Manager for colleges, housing associations, pubs, leisure groups, etc.
