• Engage with potential new clients, providing quotes and price estimates.
• Target commercial clients (restaurants, pubs, etc.) at facilities and building manager levels.
• Report to the Managing Director.
• Require at least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager, Repairs Manager, Contracts Manager, Building Surveyor, Facilities Manager, Building Services Manager, Property Manager, or similar roles.
• Location: Manchester area.
• Potentially working as a Property Manager for colleges, housing associations, pub/leisure groups, etc.
