• Oversee the engineering team and extended subcontractor network on existing client projects
• Engage with potential new clients, providing quotes and price estimates
• Target commercial clients (restaurants, pubs, etc.) at facilities and building manager levels
• Report to the Managing Director
• Require at least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager, Repairs Manager, Contracts Manager, Building Surveyor, Facilities Manager, Building Services Manager, or Property Manager
• Located in the Manchester area
• Possible work as a Property Manager for colleges, housing associations, pubs, leisure groups, etc.
