Job summary

Aspire Housing Limited is seeking a Repairs Inspector for the Home Team to ensure our homes are maintained to a high standard through in-progress and post-work inspections.

You'll work with colleagues and contractors, carry out intrusive investigations where required, assess repair quality, and identify underlying issues to deliver a value-for-money, customer-focused service. DBS check applies.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge with focus on quality outcomes.
• Experience in repairs, maintenance, or construction.
• Trade qualification and full UK driving licence are essential.
• Social housing knowledge and damp/mould/property compliance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out in-progress and post-work inspections to assess repair quality.
• Work with contractors to identify underlying issues and ensure proper solutions.
• Deliver a customer-focused, efficient, and value-for-money service.
• Help ensure repairs meet high standards and first-time right delivery.
