A leading provider of affordable homes is seeking a Repairs Customer Service Advisor to assist with customer repair enquiries, manage escalations, and support trade supervisors. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in customer service. As a Repairs Customer Service Advisor at Hyde, you will be working within our Property Maintenance team to assist with customer repair enquiries, manage escalations, and provide administrative support to our trade supervisors and other internal teams. Internally you will be known as a Service Support Advisor. You will handle property repair enquiries and escalations from the Customer Services Centre.
