Great opportunity to join our repairs administration team!

We are recruiting for a unique opportunity in our Birmingham repairs workshop!

As a Repairs Coordinator, you will be providing excellent services to our stores and to our customers via the handling of queries, repairs estimates and the progression of the repair through the business.

About the role:

  • Responsible for the update and arrange shipment of repairs,
  • Ensure the relevant notes, pricing and lead times are up to date,
  • Expedite repairs following the appropriate processes in place from receipt to shipment,
  • Build productive working relationships with team, stores, customers and internal departments,
  • Ensure workflow is maintained

    Contact customers with updates and their repairs estimates.
About you:

  • Familiar and competent with MS Office and Outlook,
  • Can multi-task depending on requirements in a fast paced environment,
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external customers,
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a workflow from end to end,
  • Ability to learn technical information and terminology that will be relayed to customers,
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service,
  • Ability to effectively problem solve and find resolution,
  • Interest in working with luxury jewellery items in a repairs environment.
