Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Repairs Contract Manager to work with one of our Local Authority clients in West London.

Responsibilities

The role is required to successfully lead, direct and manage day-to-day repairs and maintenance teams including voids and associated sub-contractors, providing a comprehensive service to customer defined quality standards and requirements. The role is expected to achieve high levels of productivity, cost effectiveness and quality, ensuring maximum performance in accordance with the standards and policies.
