Qualifications

• PC literate with Outlook and MS Office for emails and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess, repair, and quote equipment for service jobs.
• Calibrate equipment used across multiple industries.
• Provide completed service jobs/equipment to stores for dispatch.
• Assist customers by phone and in person at the counter.
• Give status updates on jobs and repairs to the order processing team.
