Responsibilities:
  • Engage with the team and promote teamwork.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Assess and diagnose suitcase issues promptly and accurately.
  • Perform efficient, high-quality repairs.
  • Maintain an organized workspace.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and suitcase technologies.
  • Communicate politely and clearly with customers in person and via calls or messages.
