We are looking for a Repair & Maintenance People Supervisor to join Thames Water permanently.
This role will be on a shift pattern including some weekend working, and late nights, averaging 45 hours per week. Flexibility to undertake overtime during peak demand is essential, but of course, we know your work/life balance is important so being flexible works both ways.
You would be leading, coaching and developing around six R&M teams (both direct and indirect) to make repairs or enhance the water network, maintaining very high water quality standards and never compromising the health and safety of our people or our customers.
You would be someone who can get the best out of people, helping them deliver their targets to a very high quality.
