Robertson Bell have partnered with this meaningful not-for-profit organisation in the expansion of their team as they go to market for a Finance Officer (Rents) on a permanent basis. Based near Horley, this exciting opportunity plays a pivotal part in providing essential advice and care to those in need!

The responsibilities of this Finance Officer (Rents) role includes:

  • Holding critical input into the production monthly reports outlining property related income and payments received
  • Taking full accountability for inputting rent payments onto the housing management system
  • Providing invaluable query resolution and support to vulnerable members of the wider community for all things housing
  • Being meticulous when dealing with the rent arrears procedure and performing some credit control duties to local authorities and residents when necessary
  • Supporting the wider team when necessary to ensure smooth operations across both housing and finance
